UPDATED SURPLUS FUNDS LISTS POSTED!
Once purchased, you should receive an email within 12 hours to the email you provided on the purchase form or PayPal. In that email, there will be a link that will direct you to a page where you can download all the lists. This page link can expire after 14 days, so make sure you download the lists to your computer or device.
You agree that if you DO NOT receive the email for whatever reason, you will contact us and allow us 24 hours to rectify the issue from the time you alert us. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND TRASH FOLDERS BEFORE ASSUMING YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL.
Our lists are real Surplus Funds lists. We cannot guarantee we will have a certain list you want. We will provide minimum 70 lists in 14 or more states.
Our lists are current and the most recent posted with the county when we post them. This doesn't mean there are claims pending or the county is behind in updating their lists. Lists will be a mix of tax, mortgage and HOA sales. Lists were created by the county, and we will not answer questions about the lists.
Once the email is sent, WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON.
This is NOT a membership; it is a one-time purchase. We will update the lists every 2 or 3 months, you may choose to purchase the updated lists or not, no obligation.
