Where are the Lists?

What is on the Lists?

Surplus Funds Lists will have the surplus funds amount, sometimes called excess proceeds or funds. They have the name of the county and either the owner's name, address or parcel number associated with the foreclosed property. Some lists will have a case number and foreclosure date.
